0165(2)(c): In the infant/bunnies room, there is a swing that is plugged in and the cord is hanging low accessible to children. 0165(5)(a): On the side playground, there is an outlet near the bottom of the building that is not tamper resistant. It appears there used to be a cover over the outlet, but has been broken off and is no longer making the outlet inaccessible to children.
